OUR STORY

A Different Way
to Experience Home

A Vacation Different is a Santa Fe vacation rental management company built around distinctive homes and thoughtful hospitality. At The Boyle House, we help guests connect with a place, not simply check into one.

Founded in 2020 by Laura Decker and Kelly Gould, AVD brings local knowledge and a personal approach to every stay. We care for homes with their own character—and make room for guests to find their own connection to Santa Fe.

Unique homes.
Real experiences.
Lasting connections.

ROOTED IN COMMUNITY

Good Places Bring
People Together

We believe travel can create a positive impact. A gallery conversation, a meal made with local ingredients, or a story shared across a courtyard can become the part of a trip you remember most.

We welcome conversations with local artists, businesses, neighbors, and organizations about meaningful ways to connect at The Boyle House and throughout Santa Fe.
